I am happy to announce you that we will be exhibiting at the Musikmesse 2012 in Frankfurt, Germany, from March 21st to 24th.

Our booth number is "Hall 1.1 B50" as always! It is close to Yanagisawa booth and is easy to be found.

I will be looking forward to meeting all the BEST BRASS fans again, and new products will be waiting for you all!

As you may know, the world lost such a great musician on February 25th, 2012.

The great Trumpeter Maurice Andre; 78 years old.

It is too early and is a very sad news. I could not believe it when I first heard about that.

Rest in piece, the Great Maurice Andre.

33rd note: NEW!!! Straight and Wah-Wah for Piccolo Trumpet

I am happy to be able to announce that we are launching a new straight and Wah-Wah for Piccolo Trumpet in March, 2012.

The new piccolo straight will have Brass material in the bottom, and it takes over the great character of the Straight Tp-Brass. It is a fantastic mute!

The wah-wah for Piccolo trumpet is a limited model, and there will be only 100 pieces in the world with a serial number from 00 to 99. Besides, it is finished in black color that we used to use for trumpet wah-wah mute.

The annual TMEA Clinic/Convention will be held from February 8th to 11h, 2012, in San Antonio, TX.

This is one of the largest exhibition in the US, and it is full of brass instruments and accessories! Besides, there are many clinics and concerts!

It would be a wonderful experience for everybody to be there and also to hear the "sound" all day long. haha

31st note: NAMM SHOW 2012

I have finally come back to Japan, took a rest of course, and here is a short report of the NAMM SHOW 2012.

It is 3rd times for BEST BRASS to exhibit in the NAMM SHOW, and I felt so comfortable especially this year. It was first time to work with BEST BRASS' distributor!!!!

The distributor of BEST BRASS in the US "Thompson Music", located in Omaha, NE, and we had a great success at this NAMM SHOW. I am hoping that this new business relation will help US customer get BEST BRASS products more easily and quickly. Please go and check them at the upcoming TMEA in San Antonio, TX. They have a booth, and anybody can try our products there!!!

First of all, let us wish you all the great 2012!
I am excited to be attending NAMM again and am actually leaving Japan in a few hours.

It has been so long time since I updated this BEST BRASS News...Sorry!

The holidays starts tomorrow...Time flies!

We have some new products, which are already available in Japan, and they will be exhibited at the upcoming NAMM show.

I will be looking forward to meeting any BEST BRASS fans there!;-) I will post the detail after the holidays.

I just heard that trumpeter Uan Rasey had passed away...It is sad.

It was great experience for me to have met and talked to him last January. Though it was short time, I am honored to be a part of his 90 years.

Rest in piece Mr.Rasey. We all miss you.

25th note: Mr.Kikumoto of NHK Symphony Orchestra visited us.

Mr.Kikumoro of NHK Symphony Orchestra visited us today to modify his Sound Transformer: BEST BRASS Wah-Wah & Cool Jazz.

While we make the customized one, he tried almost all the trumpets displayed in our shop, and the new trumpet APHRODITE model seemed to strike his heart... ;-)

Of course, customizing was successful, and Mr.Kikumoto enjoys his new wah-wah.
