This week, German trumpeter Axel Dörner visited our shop in Hamamatsu city.

Playing ARTEMIS model.

He was looking for Trumpet and liked our horn very much.
We spent a very good time with him, and he finally tried nearly all of our prducts. He actually liked all the products but especially loved new Pocket Trumpet and e-Brass.
Axel, we thank you very much for coming and shopping here, We will be looking forward to meeting you in April again. 

Meanwhile, I think a lot of costomers think that our shop is located in Tokyo. However, we are not.
If you would like to visit our shop, please remember this: our shop is located in the city called Hamamatsu.( Hamamatsu is approximately 2 hours from Tokyo by super express. )

We will welcome anybody anytime (except on Sunday). Also, we are able to speak in English. So, please do not hesitate to visit us. We will be waiting for your visiting!

Hello everybody!!

It has been such a long time since I wrote the last BEST BRASS News. I am sorry about it, but I now am very happy to be able to announce this new product: e-Brass Jr.

e-Brass Jr.

The "e-Brass Jr" is one of the e-Brass series but does not have an electronic module. That is why it is named as "Jr." 
e-Brass Jr is similar product to the Warm-up Trumpet, so if you would like to directly hear the live sound, choose the "e-Brass Trumpet". Please do not be confused! haha
"e-Brass Jr." reduces the sound (approximately -35dB) and is very intune. Also, you will hardly feel the blow resistance. Check out this new product at shops near you.

However, "e-Brass Jr" will still be availble only in Germany, Austria, and Sweden.
There are few products availble in Italy and Spain, but it should still be very hard to get it.
Also, we are happy to welcome Arnold Stolzel GmbH as the exclusive distributor of this product in Germany and Austria. 
We believe that the products will show up in many shops in there.

Some people might ask the difference between e-Brass Jr and Warm-up Trumpet.
e-Brass Jr is made of ABS, and Warm-up is made of Aluminum. The tone and resistance will be different by the material. So, if you would like metal sound, choose Warm-up. If you would like soft tone, choose e-Brass Jr. It is hard to tell the difference of the resistance. Go to shops and check it out by yourself. We are sure you will like both! :)

Hello everybody. Spring vacation quickly finished... but, it is saturday tomorrow! Yeah!

One day during the Spring vacation, I was in home and watching TV show called "American idol". Then, I was suddenly glued to the tube!!!
Because, our flag ship model trumpet AIOLIA was there. I mean, AIOLIA was on the screen so largely! Immediately after the show, I looked for the program on Youtube, and I finally found it. Everybody, please watch this...

I am actually wondering how many people watch this show in the whole world. and also how much it would cost if we take ads like this... OMG, I can not believe it!

And of course, we thank the player very much. We are so honored that our instrument is played all around the world. It is absolutely our honor.

Hello everybody! It has been a while since I wrote this BEST BRASS News.
The Musikmesse 2010 was successfully finished, and we have been so busy! Great!

I have to announce that Spring vacation begins tomorrow to 5th of May. It is called "Golden week" in Japan. So, I am afraid I will reply all the inquiries or orders on May 6th.

Oh, I must tell you this exciting news. 
My friend Tim's student won 3rd place at the National Trumpet Competition in Virginia.

Hello everyone.
It is very sunny and very warm day today here in Hamamatsu city!

Today, I am excited to let you know this great news that Exhibition at the upcoming Musikmesse2010 has been decided! Our booth number is going to be "Hall 1.1 B50".

It is always hard for people abroad to try our products, and it should be very good opportunity to do it at the Musikmesse, which is held from March 24th to 27th in Frankfurt, Germany.
I will be waiting for your visit!

Meantime, I would like to introduce our lovely dog this week. Please look at the pictures below. His name is Marlon "Best Brass" Hamanaga.

   
He is basset hound and now almost a year old. This picture was taken when he was just 4 months years old.

He sing along us when we play trumpet in our office. That is really cute... Well, sometimes very annoying. But, I can forgive him everytime I saw him looking down me from the top of the stairs. Please check it out, and you will love it :-)))

How are you doing everybody!?

Yesterday, I came back to Japan from the NAMM SHOW 2010. The show was extremely fun and successful, I believe. All those who visited our booth, thank you very much!!!

I went to San Fransisco after the show to do sightseeing. It was so fun!
Of course, I got on the classic cars, and I even landed on Arcatraz! Unfortunately, I could not eat sea food there this time. I mostly ate junk foods. Yeah, I love American junk foods.
My favorite is "Chipotle".

Anyway, here is the news.

I know it is hard for most of people who are reading this news to get the magazine and read it, but the article in the magazine of this issue should be very good essence for brass instrumentalists. If you have some opportunities, please get and read it.

The response at NAMM SHOW about our products were realy and extremely great, I believe. I have already decide attending the next NAMM SHOW 2011 in my mind.
A lots of people visit and stop by our booth and it was really enjoyable. I hope to see all those who visited us this year in the next show and will be looking forward to meeting YOU!

Hello everybody! This is Kota again.

As I wrote last week, I am in Los Angeles and attending the NAMM SHOW 2010.
So many people come by our booth and try our products, and some of them are real great players in this brass world!! Besides, they all like our products so far and I could not be happier about it. What a nice guys they are! 

Since I am just attending NAMM SHOW this week, I do not have any particular news. 
So, I will put a picture of our booth here.

Oh my god, I remember that I forgot to take picture with one college student who stopped by our booth yesterday... He liked our products. Thank you very much for coming to our booth!! 
I should have taken a picture with him... Let me just give my comment to him.

Anyway, we have two more days for NAMM SHOW. I'll be looking forward to meeting YOU!
